The outcome of this stage is a prototype. Companies need the prototypes of varying degrees of fidelity to implement a customised ready to use concept/product into mass manufacturing. With prototypes, they can now refine and validate RoI by putting them to work in the commercialization stage and gathering the outcomes of added values.
