RVmagnetics’ Research and Development (R&D) team is led by founder and CTO, Prof. Rastislav Varga, a leading European expert in MicroWire technology. The R&D team currently consists of twelve engineers with expertise in chemistry, physics, electronics, electromechanics, engineering, industrial design, and software. Unique architecture of the team enables RVmagnetics to tailor-make the sensing technology to the client's use case.
The business development division of the company is headed by Vladimir Marhefka. Daily responsibilities extend beyond business development to include marketing, communications, and presenting the technology at various international events.
The Business Development team is primarily based in Bratislava, while the R&D team operates out of our headquarters in Košice, where RVmagnetics’ laboratory is also situated.
