Job description, responsibilities and duties Our R&D Team based in Kosice/Slovakia is a deeply knowledged and result-driven group of experts who strive for technology perfection. Together with our Business Management Team, operating internationally from Bratislava/Slovakia, we create stunning smart products and materials.
As a Senior Program Manager you will work at the interface between R&D and Business Development. You will make sure customer expectations are well understood and transferred into matching proof-of-concepts ensuring time, cost and quality to customers' delight. You will work closely with the Founder and Tech Leads and will be responsible for project prioritization and project resource allocation. Additionally, you will be responsible to improve the general Program- and Project management environment including coaching your team mates and new joiners. The role also includes KPI definition and KPI monitoring on program and project level in hand with mastering continuous improvements in close collaboration with the entire RVmagnetics team.
