Job description, responsibilities and duties Our R&D Team based in Kosice/Slovakia is a deeply knowledged and result-driven group of experts who strive for technology perfection. Together with our Business Management Team, operating internationally from Bratislava/Slo­vakia, we create stunning smart products and materials.

As a Senior Program Manager you will work at the interface between R&D and Business Development. You will make sure customer expectations are well understood and transferred into matching proof-of-concepts ensuring time, cost and quality to customers' delight. You will work closely with the Founder and Tech Leads and will be responsible for project prioritization and project resource allocation. Additionally, you will be responsible to improve the general Program- and Project management environment including coaching your team mates and new joiners. The role also includes KPI definition and KPI monitoring on program and project level in hand with mastering continuous improvements in close collaboration with the entire RVmagnetics team.

Information about the selection process The position is based out of the lovely city of Kosice / Slovakia. We expect working on-site for at least 80% within the first 6 months.

You ideally bring many of the following qualifications and skills:

  • Master of business administration, communications,
  • Strong technical imagination or computer science, engineering with an understanding of economic and team parameters of projects and the company
  • Enthusiasm for the technology of the future but with a firm attitude on the ground
  • 5+ years experience as a program manager or project manager for complex projects, R&D experience, sensors or (I)IoT experience welcome
  • Well experienced in different methods and tools of project management
  • Foundational knowledge in continuous improvement and budget planning
  • Strong analytical skills to maneuver and prioritize in volatile environments
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • High empathy in a diverse environment, ability to build trust and productive relationships
  • Business fluent in English
